Would you consider pulling a new mod in to manage the blog while you are on hiatus?
Admittedly, I’ve always been a bit anxious with taking in new mods, but when and if we decide to come out of hiatus the first step will very likely be adding a couple new mods to help out.
We’re going on hiatus, possibly indefinitely.
Hello, everyone.
I have been mulling this over for quite a while now, and I believe this is the best course of action. For both mods, it has become increasingly difficult to juggle work, school, and other real-life factors with a consistent online presence, and I feel that we cannot put the same time, energy, and passion into this blog as we once could.
This may come at an inopportune time, with a slew of new Overwatch and Overwatch 2 content coming out, and I apologize for that. If there is a chance that we could revive this blog in the future, I will certainly try my best to do so. But until then, this hiatus can be assumed indefinite.
Words cannot express how thankful I am for every single follower we have. Moderating this blog and watching it grow over the last couple of years has been immensely rewarding, which is why it’s so hard to leave.
Thank you all for understanding, and I hope the best for everyone.
