Jim Antle is joining the Washington Examiner May 4 as politics editor, overseeing political coverage as Campaign 2016 heats up. With more than a decade of experience covering politics and public policy, Antle comes from The Daily Caller, where he served as managing editor. He was previously an editor at The American Spectator and senior writer for The American Conservative. Author of Devouring Freedom: Can Big Government Ever Be Stopped? (Regnery, 2013), Antle’s articles have appeared in Politico, the Boston Globe, the Los Angeles Times, the Guardian, the Wall Street Journal, the Dallas Morning News, The Week, Reason and other publications.
