■ 私の2025年は２月から…！ …などとXで言っておりましたがその後、新潟の大雪の洗礼を受け、またしばらく魂飛んでおりました…ご無沙汰しております。 年末年始に時間が取れず、すっかりタイミングを外してしまいましたが、ラフで放置していた年賀絵を仕上げてみました。 蛇年ですからね…やはり描いておきたかったんです。 星矢NDの短髪沙織さん（＋オデッセウスの杖）。 今年のお仕事としましては、まずはC.E.出張でお暇を頂いておりました聖域でのおつとめをしっかり果たしたいと思います。本年もどうぞよろしくお願いします。

■ １月末発売のガンダムエースさんに、昨年末の表紙イラストと新装版Desire２巻のイラストを使用した、B２サイズの両面ポスター＆カレンダーの付録をつけて頂きました…！ こんなに大きく絵を印刷してもらう事もなかなか無いので…THE EDGEシリーズ完結記念として、よろしければぜひ入手してやって下さいませ。 また、新装版Desire発売直後重版記念！として急遽、誌面にインタビュー記事も載せて頂いております。 しかし、THE EDGEに関しては作品の特性上、内容について触れようとすると全て「これはあくまでEDGE版での解釈であり……」云々、しっかり注釈をつけないと誤解を招きかねないという懸念(※)もあり、あまりキャラに関する事などは触れられておりません。 （※まだZEROという次作が控えている現行作品ですし、EDGEやDesire執筆時点でのキャラ感等を今、ガンダムエース誌上で私が語るのはノイズになってしまうかもしれない…等）

なのでどうしても当たり障りない仕事場ネタなどに偏ってしまっておりますが（むしろ、富野監督とのお話ネタなどあったのですが脱線気味になり割愛したり…）、軽めの余興として楽しんで頂けたら幸いです。

……とはいえ、 新装版Desire発売後、THE EDGEシリーズ完結について個人的な総括の話をこちらで少し書き残しておこうとは思っておりますので、、、近日中にまた改めて記事を書く予定です。 ではでは！

Rough summary: Kuori was unable to finish this illustration for Lunar New Year, but here it is (Saori with short hair, per Next Dimension, with Odysseus' staff). She would like to "fulfill her duties at the Sanctuary" this year, which hopefully means we get new Saintia Sho content

Old Saint Seiya fanart: Albior of Cepheus and June of the Chameleon ✨

Unleashing the black flames of anger, here's Bennu Kagaho for the SSZ Fanzine Underworld, @saintseiya-zone, this time focused on the warriors of Hades. It was a fun challenge, and I feel like I did learn a thing or two in the process. And while I don't really like most of the Specters and they aren't my favourite Saint Seiya army as a whole, I was glad to be able to pick Kagaho, because he's among those I like the most. Felt a bit refreshing to do something different from my usual stuff. Kinda wished I had the time and energy for a second entry, but oh well. Better do one thing good instead of two and rushing them, with bad results, or not get one or both done in time.
