This is it guys! We’re going on shut-down at midnight tonight! If you place an order right before then, we will process it, but we won’t be able to mail it out until after we’re finished with inventory. We’ll miss you, but we always manage to have some goodies added to the site after every inventory session to make up for the absence. :)

Hi! LoongSoul is one of the companies that sends us what they have complete after a certain time period. This time period seems to be every two months. So We’re hopeful for an April arrival...but we can’t promise the item you’re waiting for will arrive. x.x Keep your fingers crossed, and keep an eye out for notification emails just in case. :)
I don't mean to be a bother but I was wondering if you had a bead on when the Doll Zone orders from December might be coming in? I've been biting my nails from the wait and I'm afraid I'll bite them all the way down to the second knuckle.
Er...well the good news is we’ve not heard of any expected delays with this specific order.
The bad news is we are still waiting to receive the October and November order from them. x___x
If it’s any consolation, DollZone has been finalizing the October order to send to us. They’re currently averaging 18 weeks of waiting (with this massive October order currently pushing the 22 week mark). I wouldn’t expect to wait as long as the October crowd, though. That order was especially large in comparison to the other two. I know this doesn’t do much to help with the waiting, but I hope the info gives you a little relief from the nail biting! :)
Hi sorry to bother you and I know this is a total long shot since you don't carry Fairyland dolls, but would you by any chance have any idea how Loongsoul Normal Yellow resin would compare to Fairyland Normal resin? Or alternatively Loongsoul Normal Yellow to Souldoll Normal resin? Thank you so much for any help, I hope you're having a good day.
Hi! We do have some older (4 years) PukiPukis that we can potentially use for comparison. We’re not sure how much Fairyland has changed since then, though. We do know that LoongSoul strives to match Volks Normal Skin, so if Fairyland tries to achieve a similar color, their chances of matching are higher. The Pukis have been put on standby for photos just in case. :)

Hi! We can order him as a partial fullset, but his face-up has been discontinued. We think it was a special artist who painted him in photos that can't replicate his face-up for sales. We can still order his clothing as add-ons after check out, though. :D

Hello! We expect the January orders to arrive in the next shipment to us, as well as those items still needing to arrive from the December order. Angell-Studio sends items about every two months two us, so we hope to get the shipment in April. This is just an estimate because they otherwise haven’t give us any updates. We can guarantee an email when your wig is safely in the store, though! :)

Okay, this is really embarrassing, but I just realized I took photos of their Pink Skin resins, not the White Skin! (Which are a great match for those curious) I will get a photos for you next chance they let me have the camera.
With Bluefairy, we’re not sure yet. Luts seems to be acting as a dealer for them, so we will have to talk with both Luts and Bluefairy to see what we would be allowed to offer. I’ll discuss this with the store owner and then Luts to see what the final verdict is. :)
Hi MoC! Do you happen to have any tan resin comparison shots for Loongsoul and Dikadoll? Or any photos of them in general? I really want to get bodies from both companies in tan, but it's important the Dika body is darker than the Loongsoul one. Any ideas?

So in regards to the bodies color to each other, a new LoongSoul body will have a lighter color. Dika’s tan resin (from a few years ago) is darker copper color much like LoongSoul’s old tan resin. It’s dark enough that seam lines and sealant show more. I hope this helps in deciding on bodies! :D
I was wondering what the head sculpt for Doll Family-A's Qing Cheng looks like. Does he have pointed ears?
Hi! We actually are not sure! D: We’re going to have to ask to be sure, but our initial assumption is no on the pointy ears. Usually if the dolls have specially sculpted ears, they’d try to show them off because they’re so darn adorable. We’ll ask to be certain!
Hi! I'm almost done paying off a Doll Leaves msd via you guys, I was wondering about a resin match? I got him in normal pink and I have a pit of Doll Family H hands in jointed pink. If you have the ability to match those I would love to see it so I can know how much blushing I need to do.
Hello! Doll Leaves is a bit more yellow. They have a peach color to their normal skin. However, when DF-H resin ages, it may match better through natural yellowing. Blushing will definately help make the match closer. So it’s not a perfect match but certainly workable. :)
Would it be possible to see a resin comparison of Doll Love pink skin and Xagadoll normal skin? Thank you!
Hi! I apologize for the darker photo, but here are the two colors. They are fairly close with Doll Love being a teeny bit more yellow. This could be from age, though, as the DL sample is a year old and the Xaga is from our latest order. Both brands have fairly pink pigments, so when new, they are a close match. I hope this helps! :D

We’ve still been busy with adding Luts, but we finally have a preorder date set! More info incoming on that in a bit. We’re also taking this time to answer all of our outstanding questions in the ask box. My five (and a half) Kid Delfs and I are super excited to see you're carrying Luts now! I was wondering, will you be carrying the pairs of dolls (like Arwen & Aragorn) that have the discounted price when you order them together? Or is that a direct-from-Luts-only deal?
Yay for happy Luts families! We’ll have to talk to Luts further to see if the discount can be passed on to us. In the past other companies couldn’t offer us the “package deal” because the company would end up losing money. Hopefully this time will be different, but we will work with what Luts feels is best for their business. :)
