Nuria! She's a newer oc i came up with today She had the power to superheat parts of her body and be resistant to things like fire or powerful light rays. She however, cannot manipulate fire in anyway.

Some boy characters of mine ( fun facts: Kai is half demon with a mixed ability of fire and shadow making an all new form of "black fire" and no one knows what to do with him Ross is just kind of an asshole who happens to know how to play drums and Leon is Pongo's son in the future and wears his dad's hat backwards )

I call this Pongo X cause i was imagining one of those remakes of cartoons that sometimes do in japan ( like powerpuff girls Z for example ) I did my best to imitate an older kind of style though since i think it fits better with my current style!

Tuesday Tips - TEETH! Always a good tool to have in your “drawing arsenal”. In general, less is more. The less you pay attention to the individual teeth, the better. But, sometimes, a certain character or situation will call upon your knowledge of the pearly whites. -Norm

Hey! Long time; no dump!

I’ve lapsed in my practice recently, I think due to burnout or discouragement. The fact that I have nothing to be discouraged about led to a series of shower thoughts which I will now share.

Sometimes folks hesitate to start down a path (especially a learning path) due to fear of failure, but ultimately failing is the single most educational thing anyone can do. Remember this: Failure is much more educational than success.

An unfortunate byproduct of failure’s educational value is that negative memories tend to weigh heavier in our minds than equivalent positive memories. So our necessary failures tend to overshadow any gradual success we experience, leading to an almost inevitable discouragement.

My advice is to remember that progress is usually slow, and successes fade from our minds long before failures. It is this way for a good reason, but as long as we learn to recognize it, we can rise above the illusion of discouragement.

Hope that helps!
