Went down a bit of a Nostalgia Rabbit Hole and now I'm left wondering, any of my fellow Tumblr Crazies remember waiting for new seasons of Race to the Edge on Netflix, and how we all lost our eVeR LoViNg mINdS anytime Hiccup and Astrid so much as made eye contact, as though we hadn't already seen How to Train Your Dragon 2 and didn't already know that they were going to be made official....again... Also remember how we all collectively died and went to heaven after the episode Blindsided? As though we'd never seen these two kiss before?

That was such a precious time of my life, I'm so glad I lived through that madness.

As broken as I am, it cracks me up that Marinette's first response to Adrien going "you're not just a friend. It's more than that." Is for her to go "does that mean you like the beret?"

Poor girl has been baited by the "just a friend" thing so long, that's her first guess.😂

Let’s all celebrate the fact that we know for sure now that Adrien actually loves Marinette. That he is in denial and he just hasn’t realised it yet.

“I finally realised…”

He admitted that Marinette is not “just a friend”.

He admitted that there has always been something more than that.

Adrien Agreste is pushing away his feelings for Marinette Dupain-Cheng because he (consciously or not) feels like he will be unfaithful to Ladybug if he accepts that he is in love with Marinette.

It just took one little reveal, just knowing that the two girls he loves are the same, to put his conflicted mind to rest, and he can admit his feelings for Marinette without any hesitation.

And this is canon. The confession may have been erased, but the feelings live on.

Adrienette lives on my friends. Fuck the finale, Adrienette can never be dead.

OK but my favorite thing about this is how Anakin’s nodding about this plan in the first panel, as though this is not even the 4th time this WEEK that they’ve done this move. Which I would absolutely believe. 

How…how did they get good at this? I mean I wouldn’t put it past these two idiots to do this for the first time ever in the middle of a life-or-death battle, but also the mental image of Obi-Wan hurling 12-year-old Anakin off the Jedi Temple roof, while the rest of the Order half eggs them on, half gasps in shock and covers the younglings’ eyes, is KILLING ME.

Obi-Wan used to yeet 9yo Anakin straight into bed when Anakin hasn’t stopped talking his ear off for the past hour and Anakin loved it you can’t change my mind.
