[ hit ] Sakon attacks Ieyasu!
Ieyasu was usually on his guard and at this moment wasn’t any different. When Sakon attacked him, he quickly blocked it and tried to attack him back. Clearly, he wasn’t expecting this but even so, it didn’t stop him from having a grin on his face. One would say that he actually enjoyed fighting but if ever asked, he would brush it off.

The captain was gazing out on the side of the Grandcypher, watching the stars. It just made her feel so small even if she always enjoyed seeing the view. She was in her own little world when she suddenly felt something over her shoulders. It was until then that she realized that it was cold as she wrapped the blanket around her better. Turning towards the person who gave her warmth, she smiled softly at her. “Thank you, Katalina.” It was times like these she truly appreciated her friends.
WIFE / HUSBAND APPLICATION:
His answers made her smile and even made her heart skip a beat. “I would love to marry you, Ryuji-kun. It doesn’t matter when but I’ll be waiting for you.”

it felt like a jab, whether or not it was intended to. rokurou almost protested, he didn’t stop because shigure was there, but that’d mean admitting to his own weakness. so instead he simmers, bitterly, and glares past the unruly fringe that covers his face.
he pulls his hands close to his chest as his brother squats down in front of him. “i don’t need you preaching at me,” came his huffed instance, his fingers curling into his palms despite he obvious sting of it, punctuated by a wince. “i’m doing just fine on my own.”
With a roll of his eyes, Shigure couldn’t help but sigh. He knew they weren’t the closest of brothers, but he cared in his own roundabout way. “Of course, of course.” There was some sarcasm there since he clearly didn’t need help from him. It didn’t stop him from rising up and leaving for a bit.
If Rokuro didn’t leave, he would have seen him returned with some balm and bandages. His hands looked bad so he just thought this would be a nice thing to do for him.

it’s the beckoning of sunrise, but where most of the rangetsu family were sleeping rokurou was not. he couldn’t sleep, not with the nagging in his head, the itch of restlessness in his fingers. fingers that now throbbed, already worn skin worried into a raw and bloodied mess from fervent desperate training. the practice sword slipped from his hand, which refused to grip it any longer, and rokurou slumped to the ground, pressing against the wounds without much thought as to why.
he shot a glare upwards, only just then noticing that he wasn’t entirely alone. rokurou set his jaw tight, tipping his head down and scowling. “what do you want?”
Ah, so he noticed. The older of the two was watching him for a bit, not surprised that he was training. “Don’t let me stop you.” He was clearly avoiding the question as his arms were crossed as he seemed to look down at him, simply because he was standing and Rokuro wasn’t.
He wasn’t trying to mock him as he squats down to his eye level. “If you’re going to continue, don’t be an idiot.” He was motioning to his hands, which was odd for him to be giving advice but he could act like an older brother... at times.

A shiver ran down Yuko’s spine as she pulled her kimono closed. “Ahhh…Watanuki it’s so cold today.” Truly it was at a ‘frigid’ minus 5 Celsius. Perfect excuse for Yuko to have him make whatever she wished. “For lunch today we ought to have ankake yudofu. While you’re at it, heat up some sake too.”
Not minding the fuss her little part-timer made, she leaned back and gazed up at the ceiling. Today was the day, the one promised to that woman. It hadn’t been long for them, but for the woman and her child it had already been just past seventeen years. Finally the day of hitsuzen was to come.
Yes, it was a cold day if anything but it seemed like it didn’t stop the “boss” from ordering him around. It made him wonder how did he survive without him? So with the usual grumble, he did exactly what he was asked as he let himself go to the kitchen and prepare everything. Of course, Watanuki didn’t know that today would be any different from any other day. Because come on, when spirits and such come to your place of work, what could surprise him now?
Shyly, he glanced over at Fuuka as he quietly admired the sight of her in his hoodie. The hoodie looked a few sizes too big for her and her hands didn’t quite seem to fit snugly into the sleeves but even so, it was oddly endearing on her. Almost like…like she really was his girl. He couldn’t help but smile to himself at the thought.
“Y-Yeah, no problem…!” He shook his head vigorously, turning to face her with a shy smile. “I-I just thought you looked cold is all…” He admitted, shrugging his shoulders helplessly. Was that what a good boyfriend should do…? Or maybe he should’ve waited for her to ask first. “I-I hope that was okay…I just didn’t want you to be cold,” He admitted, shyly.
“I-Is that okay…?”
Being in his hoodie, she could feel how warm it was since he was just wearing it a moment ago. It was very comfy and for a moment, she didn’t want to give it back to him anytime soon. Wrapping her arms around herself, she might have looked silly but she didn’t care at the moment. She had a kind smile looking up at him as she nodded.
“It’s fine. I feel even warmer.” Maybe it’ll have his scent as well but she didn’t want to smell it when he was looking at her. That might be weird, now that she thought about it. “But aren’t you cold? I don’t want you to get sick because of me.” Worried girlfriend was very worried at the moment.
