[Ravens and sending letters] Infernal ravens are commonly used to send letters between vampires in the east. Often times the contents of the letters can be quickly identified based on the color of the ribbon the raven holds. White ribbons mean family matters. Pink ribbons mean it is most likely a letter from a lover or suitor. Blue means somber news awaits. Red ribbons warn of danger.
