the thing about jung sun ah is that she's such an amazing and complex character. she is ruthless but not unkind. we see her literally blackmailing the people who tried to take advantage of her and even killing them but also see trying to save women from suffering the same fate as her. I think this change was not at sudden or unpredictable. she's a villain but not evil.
