redid one of my favorite apartments in san my! it isn't cc free but it does not contain a buttload of cc like most of my builds do lol (specifically has 172 pieces of cc) & if there are overrides you def don't have to use them!
I'd say the TOOL mod is required for this apt, mainly because the front door to the apartment is a different door than the default one so you need the TOOL mod to remove the regular default door. (or remove the one i put in if you want)
i imagine whoever is living here may be an artsy person, mainly bc the 2nd bedroom is just an art room but you can convert it into a bedroom if you'd like! and ofc anyone can live here lol, not just an artsy-fartsy sim!
this apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 of them is an art room, has the kitchen, living room balcony, dining, and bathroom! oh & the front entry!

Yoi Jikan (good time) is a up and coming nightclub located in the Senbamachi region of Mt. Komorebi. It's blend of modern and traditional decor make for an unforgettable atmosphere for your sims. This club includes a downstairs level with bar, dance floor, restroom and a VIP section. The top level includes lounge areas, with 3 separate patio areas that overlook the cityscape.

A upscale lounge loosely inspired by Bruno Mars' real lounge in Las Vegas but instead of it being located inside of a hotel, I made it it's own building.
