idk if this is actually true or I'm just romanticizing the past but I feel like apps used to be time spent scrolling through pretty fan art and fun headcanons and connecting with mutuals and just more inspiring in general for things like shows and art and now it's just like, a lot of random noise.

not to be cringe but solar eclipses are literally mind-blowingly majestic, like the MOON is BLOCKING the SUN

idk why I've LOVED some of the other live action projects like the disney renaissance movies and shows like One Piece but for some reason the A:TLA netflix show doesn't appeal to me even a little bit, like I'm just so inclined to go rewatch the original animation and have no appetite for a live-action version at all

I hate how the algorithms have changed it to where I don't see the same main people across platforms anymore by default, esp here on tumblr. I used to see mutuals and my favorite artists by default, more easily keep up with them & their stuff, but now I'm always just seeing random posts and recommended bs & realize I've lost connection w/ most mutuals :(
