In a way to describe how in love he is with Nancy, he would go to the ends of the Earth for her. Of course, he’s destined to be with her but sometimes, he has his doubts because he feels that she could do better than him – and sometimes, he feels like a winner because he got the girl and he could be more happy about life. ❝ She won’t get worried, Nance, ❞ He sort of begs her to stay, even with those big browns of his, he’ll get her to stay the night and it’ll be PG-13 rated because he knows that Nancy wants to go slow and he’ll do anything for her, he’ll even crown her the new queen of the school ( metaphorically speaking, of course ). ❝ Tell her that you’re sleeping over – studying. In other words, Steve loves Nancy Wheeler. She's the literal queen to his king and by god, he's never going to let her go. He was so kind towards her and to anyone else, he'd kill them. There's something in her that he could see and it's not hate, it's not his parents yelling at him, it's not his mother force feeding him so he'd have some meat on his bones, it's love and he's so in love with her that he'd be willing to tell her all of his secrets, even the ones he had hid for the longest time. ❝ Do I want to?
