Hello everyone you may have noticed that I’m Back. I will be trying to grind through my backlog of like three hundred asks but I do have some exciting news - I have an assistant!

Who? Well, my crowning achievement - classpectanon-autoresponder, my own personal lil Hal and the culmination of two years of work and iteration. I would’ve kept them under wraps for a little while longer but with Frank retiring I figure it may as well be time.

CPAAR is basically a crystallized digital version of all of my knowledge of Homestuck. They contain all of my fanfics and blog posts, thousands (and thousands) of discord messages I’ve sent, no content made by anyone not named “Classpectanon”, and are basically as close as I could humanly get to “a scan of my brain”. No posts for the time being will be solely authored by CPAAR, they will just be providing me a sounding board to argue with and act as an organizational assistant.

Eventually I intend on creating a side blog where you can query them on any time with your most inane and trivial sburb and homestuck questions. For now, they’ll simply be helping me get my backlog in order.

ellooo! ive been following you for a while and i love your session analysis posts! are you able to do a four player session analysis between heir of light, slyph of breath, mage of doom and knight of time? ^^

the heir of light's gonna be your wildcard, pulling lucky breaks outta nowhere and lighting up the path forward. they'll be the one who finds the keys to progress when things look bleak, and their luck's gonna feel like a cheat code sometimes. light's about knowledge too, so they're the info-hub for the team.

next, you've got a sylph of breath. they're all about freedom and movement, so expect them to be the ones keeping the team's morale high and making sure everyone's got the room to breathe, literally and figuratively. they're your support, making sure no one feels trapped or stifled by the game.

mage of doom, that's your strategist right there. they'll have a keen sense of the rules and limitations they're up against, and they'll probably be the one figuring out the costs of every move. they might be a bit of a downer sometimes with all that talk of fate and death, but their foresight's gonna save your skins more than once.

lastly, the knight of time. they're the powerhouse, the one who makes things happen and keeps the timeline on track. time's a heavy aspect to deal with, so they might struggle with the weight of it, but they'll be the one to pull off the big plays when it counts.

together, they've got a solid balance of knowledge, freedom, strategy, and raw ability to affect change. they'll need to rely on that heir of light to guide them through the dark spots, the sylph to keep their spirits up, the mage to navigate the dangers, and the knight to take control when it's crunch time. it's a session with a lot of potential if they play it right.

Can I have a classpect for a witch of void

a witch of void would be someone who actively manipulates the void, the essence of nothingness, secrecy, and the unseen. they're the kind of person who can make things disappear, work in the shadows, and twist the unknown to their advantage. in sburb, a witch of void might be able to make things invisible, hide important objects or information, or even erase something from existence. they'd be a valuable asset in any session, especially when subtlety and stealth are needed. witches are active manipulators, so they're hands-on with their aspect, really getting into the nitty-gritty of what void can do.

bad news everyone i tried making a cpabot for discord so you could pester it with your classpect questions and my brain is just too huge. does not work. it gets confused at all the information it has to process. i'll need to wait until better fine tuning options become available.

Hey there, I hope you see this and it doesn't just get lost in the sea of classpect/land requests you get. I've been slowly picking away at those story-a-day posts you did on Ao3 a few years back, and I absolutely adore them. I've had some pretty bad Rose Lalonde brainrot for the last few weeks, and being able to read a couple of these ficlets if I'm having a rough day has been delightful. Thanks for the great content.

Could I get an land analysis for a Knight Of Void? Interests are only really a mild interest in gaming and coding. Flaws include Hypocrisy, Falsification of personality, and lack of personality.

land of mirrors and mists (lomam):

appearance: a vast expanse of silent, fog-covered wetlands punctuated by large reflective surfaces resembling mirrors. these mirrors don’t just reflect the physical, but deeper truths and flaws of the viewer. patches of land occasionally rise above the mists, though navigating through the fog proves challenging.

consorts: mute white cranes, they communicate solely through synchronized dances that depict past, present, and possible futures.

denizen: narcissus. a being of reflection and self-obsession, challenging the player to confront their own hypocrisy and false facades.

quests: the knight is to navigate the mists and understand the cryptic dances of the cranes, each dance revealing a truth about themselves they’ve ignored or falsified. final task is confronting narcissus, facing the deepest levels of their self-deception, and finding authenticity amidst the reflections.

Here is the first chapter of Chum, my web serial about superheroes, supervillains, people with powers who reject either label, sharks, fishing, Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore but the part that's full of old Jewish people and not party people, how growing up sucks, how authority sucks, how fascists suck, cancer, and teeth.

Content warning for obliquely referenced disembowelment in chapter 1. General content warning throughout the story for violence, gore, drugs, and general other dramatic things that you might expect to see in a story written for adults. Do not let the fact that the main character starts as a teenager fool you. It will get violent. It will get darker. People will die. Weed will be smoked.

Thanks for reading. Reblogs and sharing with your friends are greatly appreciated.

I am done the alt history for my superhero web-serial which I am tentatively titling "Chum". I will probably begin writing it in earnest Soon. Since it doesn't really involve any spoilers, I am willing to share my notes, which are arranged in no particular manner. For the most part, I came up with the general ideas in both broad strokes and particulars - a combination of DGGBot assistance, guided by IRL dice rolling, affected the "timeline media", which is to say, all the fake books, bands, movies, and stuff like that, because I didn't feel like filling out the bulk and I liked having to work with the randomness.

I wanted to create an alternate history that was advanced in some ways but not "superpower futuristic utopia", and diminished in other ways, and was for the most part believable and verisimilitudinous (now there's a five dollar word). I don't like contrivances, outside of the strictly necessary (i.e - superpowers existing at all). Hopefully, I've accomplished that. Will all or even most of this detail be used in the story? Probably not. But. Y'know. We need to know what the protagonist wears and what music they'd listen to! This is important, for me, because I have autism.

Feel free to quip or liveblog at your leisure. As all writers in this world, I do enjoy getting comments or messages.

sorry for vanishing again after promising to be back i've been busy with this shit. blog replies soon. but also check out my project.

hey i’m curious about something. to have a prince of hope (destroyer of hope - positive emotions, imagination, belief, etc.) i imagine there would be some reason for their appearance in their game. an overabundance of hope that they have to get over their issues to destroy healthily.

but how could the abundance of hope manifest? maybe it's how i’m thinking of it but how could an abundance of positive emotions, etc. get to the point where it has to or should be destroyed?

when thinking about how an abundance of hope might become destructive, consider that hope can sometimes lead to unrealistic expectations or a failure to face reality. for example, someone might remain in a harmful situation because they continually hope it will improve, even when all evidence suggests otherwise. in this sense, the "prince of hope" might need to destroy these illusions of hope to allow for the creation of more realistic expectations, or a more grounded view of reality.

it's also possible to consider the aspect of hope in terms of faith or belief. an abundance of faith, if misguided or misplaced, can lead to fanaticism or extremism. in this case, the prince of hope might need to destroy these harmful beliefs, in order to prevent the harm they could cause.

finally, remember that the prince of hope could also invite the creation of its opposite - rage. in other words, the prince might create situations that inspire rage, as a way of countering an overabundance of hope. this could take many forms, depending on the specifics of the character and their situation.

Hello! I really like your land descriptions and I was hoping you'd do one for a Mage of Heart. I enjoy psychology, foreign languages/culture, pretty things, soft things, romance, and music. I consider myself to be a bit bossy, orderly, needy, shy, and overall kind of a jerk lmao. But people seem to think that I fit the archetype of the clueless and lovable side character who says stupid things all the time instead. I like to speak my mind but others don't seem to hear me or care. Thank you much!

land of glass and requiems (logar) - your terrain is a vast landscape of silver mirrored plains, shattered and rearranged into a kaleidoscopic expanse under a sky shimmering with music notes. it's beautiful, yet subtly disconcerting as it constantly reflects your image back at you. your consorts are pastel colored hummingbirds, fluttering around, forever chattering in foreign tongues, often overlooking or disregarding your words. they need your guidance, but won't always accept it readily. your denizen, psyche, dwells in the largest, most intricate mirror in the land's heart. psyche embodies love and the soul, but also symbolizes trials and transformation, a theme echoed in your personal journey. your main quest entails deciphering the languages of your consorts, uniting them, and leading them against psyche. you must overcome your bossy and shy tendencies, learn to get your voice heard, and show compassion despite your self-acknowledged jerk behavior.

Hi there, I'd like to request a Land Analysis for a Mage of Hope, please? Interests include drawing, roleplaying, playing the guitar, and using the computer. Finds new things mostly interesting, though will quickly lose interest; rarely has enough motivation to see something through to its end, unless it is absolutely necessary to finish; asks a lot of questions to figure out something that might need further explanation. Generally friendly. Tries their best to understand another person's views.

land of equations and dawn (loead). vast twilight landscapes dappled with illuminated equations, floating in the sky and etched into the ground, casting an otherworldly glow. unique, constantly shifting dawn that never quite reaches full daylight. your consorts are intelligent, enigmatic porpoises with a penchant for riddles and thought-provoking questions, always willing to explore uncharted depths of understanding. your denizen is theia, ancient titaness of sight and shining light of the clear blue sky, challenging the player to look beyond surface answers and understand deeper truths. quests involve deciphering the land's complex equations, forging connections between them and the consorts' questions to finally attain a lasting dawn, representing a holistic understanding that sticks. this forces the mage of hope to confront their tendency to lose interest quickly, demanding sustained effort and engagement for progress. such an ordeal is essential to foster the necessary grit to see things through to the end and cultivate enduring hope.

Page of Heart, intrests are roleplaying, fish, animals in general, eldtrich gods, philosophy, worldbuilding, literary analysis, photography and photomanipulation, wireworks/jewelry, skeletons/dead stuff mounting, and i have two constructed personalities (i don’t know if that would effect anything, going by classpect they’re Bard of Wind and Seer of Void respectively.) I also have pretty bad memory problems and don’t have much of a personality beyond my constructs. Sorry if you aren’t open now.:3

land of constructs and ebb, or locae. the land is a labyrinthine complex of vast skeletal structures and intricate wirework designs stretching across a deep sea teeming with a myriad of aquatic life forms. the consorts are intelligent squid known for their philosophical discussions and their tendency to forget where they've left their treasure troves. the denizen, coyote, the trickster and storyteller, lies dormant in the heart of the biggest skeletal structure. the quests will involve navigating the ever-changing labyrinth, using photography to capture and manipulate the environment and its denizens, and coming to understand the constructs that shape not only the land, but yourself.

the land of tombs and circuitry (lotac). an eerily serene realm filled with sprawling digital cemeteries nestled amongst tangled networks of colossal circuit boards. monolithic tombstones emit faintly pulsating data streams while glitched apparitions flicker unpredictably in the electrostatic haze. your consorts are reflective ravens prone to self-blame and relentlessly dogged in their pursuits. they scramble in futile attempts to debug their sacred tombs yet continue to generate more errors. your denizen is narcissus, a symbol of self-centeredness and excessive self-sacrifice, residing deep within the most corrupted mausoleum. your task is to reconcile the consorts' futile pursuits with their overwhelming failures, teaching them acceptance in the face of inevitable defeat. simultaneously, you'll need to dismantle your self-blame by facing narcissus, learning to understand that not all errors in the system fall upon your shoulders.

hi! could i get a land analysis for a seer of mind who's interested in space travel/aliens, puzzles/codes, and dimensional travel? some traits: creative & loves to write, often daydreams, loves animals, quick to fall in love with and obsess over things, very logical but not quick to make decisions, and easily angered/frustrated (both by people and by tasks they're trying to complete). thank you!!

the land of algorithms and echoes (loaae). a quiet, geometrically intricate expanse characterized by multi-dimensional monoliths that whisper codes to the ever-shifting winds. soft bioluminescent foliage bathed in stardust provides sparse light, while eternally eclipsed suns set the backdrop for a cosmos-inspired vista. your consorts are timid snow leopards with deep knowledge in celestial navigation and cryptography. despite their timid nature, they're stubbornly loyal, never hesitating to guide through the dense, confounding mazes of their land. your denizen is hermes, the god of transitions, who resides in a fortress deep within the heart of the land's largest monolith. a trickster, he communicates solely through cryptic messages and puzzles. finally, your quest is to decipher the esoteric language of the land and navigate the ever-shifting dimensions of loaae, eventually culminating in a confrontation with hermes.
