Do you know if Barry's star labs sweatshirt is navy blue or black? I really want to get the same color he wears on the show
I believe Barry is wearing a navy blue sweatshirt (at least most of the time he is). Although some might disagree and say the color is black. It’s really hard to tell because of the lighting. Anyway, I don’t think you could go wrong with either color.

Does anyone know if Robbie comes back at all?
I don’t know the details or if what I’ve heard is accurate, but Robbie’s not coming back. At least not in the foreseeable future, but there’s always possibilities with shows like The Flash and Arrow. I could very well be wrong though.
