Dayo Winslow’s Slightly Subtle Wallpaper Kits
Dayo Winslow was Nana Winslow’s youngest sister and the fashionista of the family. She always felt like she lived under Nana Winslow’s shadow, but her presence had a beauty that was uniquely her own. My first memory of her was at a summer barbeque when I was very little, I turned to see who was laughing and there was her gorgeous face lit up with a grin, that laugh would melt the coldest of hearts. Her hair was always long and she always wore the same soft amber perfume, sometimes I smell it at random moments and, even though I know she is gone, I still turn to look for her. RIP Auntie Dayo, this one’s for you!
These swatches are set up in the catalog to load top to bottom from the main pattern, so the top row will be the wallpaper pattern, row 2 under each pattern is the background colour, row 3 and 4 are the additional colours always located under each pattern and background colour. I have made the main swatches a preview picture, so you know what each pattern looks like and what colour options each comes with. I have colour coded all of the swatch icons to make it easier to find the whole set. I have honestly tried my best to make these kits as simple to use as possible, giving us builders more free time to create more houses or *shock gasp horror* sneak a lolly to our grandson while his parents aren’t looking!

Meet Reneta, my submission for @erosims Asylum Challenge. Reneta was raised by a woman who she knew was not her mother, but she loved her all the same. Her mother used to tell her stories of how she found her on the beach when she was a baby and took her home to raise her as her own, knowing one day that she would need to return her to the very spot where she found her. Reneta was rambunctious, forever flowing like water, which is why her mother would call her “Cari”. Even with the bumps and bruises of childhood, Reneta was always happy and carefree, but the recent death of her mother and her 18th birthday changed all of that almost overnight. Renata is now plagued with horrible episodes of inexplicable rage and sadness. During a recent episode the police were called, they labeled her as crazy and, fearing she would hurt herself or others, threw her into asylum. But the sea, it calls to her, in a language only her heart can hear….
