Blueberry-mango smoothie bowl topped with pecan granola, chia, flaxmeal, strawberries, mango, and hemp hearts. I used unsweetened almond milk and the coconut-cinnamon signature blend from @pressedjuicery in the smoothie base. Yum! Super fruity and refreshing, and the cinnamon from the granola and the coconut blend add complexity to the smoothie. In other news, I've recently decided to get over my fairly recently acquired aversion to carbs. If I've eaten mostly carbs for my whole life and have been fine, and recently (within the last year or so) started to avoid carbs and not been fine, I should probably stick to what works for me!
