Hydration is key. And it doesn't matter if you drink soda, juice, milk, water, or anything else. There is no morality attached to drinks. It's okay to drink things with calories or that aren't water, because your body needs fluids! Humans are 70% water, so any means of consuming water and replenishing yourself is valid.
