rogier’s the name. a sorcerer, as you might’ve guessed

"Fromsoft games are about suffering" wrong. They are about improving. They are about overcoming. It always seems impossible at first, but then you find a way. These games are hard, but if the only point was being hard, they could've accomplished that far easier. Why bother with RPG systems that let you strategize and grow stronger, that reward you for exploration and understanding the systems, if the only goal was to make a hard game. The design focus is on options, choices, and growth. The devs are laughing at you, but they want you to win. They are also cheering you on.

Try not to worry about how you are perceived. If you are authentically you, the right energy at the right time comes.
