I’ve always said that the twenty minutes long Boston Pops Independence Day Fireworks Show is more spectacular than most New Year’s Eve events around the world. This year too, it was amazing. One is never too old to gasp at the brilliant firework-creations of hearts, stars, butterflies and birds, smiley faces and kisses in combinations of red, white and blue.
This year, the show ended with a bang - as thunder, lightning and a torrential downpour followed directly after the fireworks display as if on cue.
Summer Sparks - both man-made and Nature-made.
