Jeet Kune Do: Straight Hitter: Front-kick
To perform the front-kick you first stick your hip forward, lift your knee up to waist level and then the foot comes straight out forward to push your opponent. With this kick fighters usually push with the ball of their feet but, i believe it’s best to use your whole foot. The best target is between the chest and waist. This weapon can be used as a counter for an opponent that comes forward.
