I want more. I want more late night talks that span from 7” releases to children’s reading to the names of future food trucks. I will remember and pass on his warmth, his passion, his determination, and his love. This picture is from one of the many shows we played together. He was constantly ready to grow and evolve my sound through words and doing the homework and sometimes letting me stumble through an entire song in 6/8 time that should not be in 6/8 time and I’m just doing some weird French beat poet over the top of it.
