【お知らせ】ポスター＆パンフレットイラストコンペ佳作受賞のお知らせ(2021)
株式会社宮城新教育様の新みやぎ模試のポスター＆パンフレットイラストコンペにて、佳作をいただきました。
テーマは「スクールバッグの中身」だったので、イラストいっぱいに「スクールバッグの中身」をちりばめました。
私も中学生の時に近所の書店で申し込みをして新みやぎ模試を受け美術科のある高校へ進学し、今は夢だったイラストレーターの仕事をしているので、現在の中学生の皆さんも、「自分の夢へ歩んでいけますように」という想いを込めながら描かせていただきました。
ポスターを掲示する場所や見る人が幅広い事を念頭に置いて、親や生徒、男女など年齢や性別関係なく受け入れてもらいやすいような絵柄、色使いを心掛けました。
また、ノベルティ使用やイラスト単体をアイコンに使用など、ポスター以外のケースでも使用していただける可能性も想定し、デザイン汎用性の高いイラストを目指しました。
残念ながら最優秀賞ではないため実際のポスターなどへの採用とはなりませんでしたが、当初の予定では無かった「佳作」という賞を急遽作っていただいた事、とても光栄です。
今現在、そしてこれから受験をする中学生の皆様が、希望の進路へと進めますように。

My illustration was honored at the poster & pamphlet illustration competition of Miyagi New Education Co., Ltd.’s new Miyagi imitation test.
The theme of this tournament was “the contents of the student bag”, so I drew a lot of illustrations while remembering what I had in the student bag.
When I was a junior high school student, I applied at a bookstore in my neighborhood, took a new Miyagi mock exam, went to a high school with an art department, and now I am working as an illustrator, which was my dream. I hope you can walk toward your dream.
Keeping in mind the wide range of places where posters are posted and the viewers, we have tried to use patterns and colors that are easy for parents, students, men and women, regardless of age or gender to accept.
In addition, we aimed for illustrations with high design versatility, assuming that they could be used in cases other than posters, such as using novelties or using illustrations alone as icons.
Unfortunately, it was not adopted for actual posters, but it is a great honor for us to suddenly create an award called “Honorable Mention,” which was not originally planned.
I hope that junior high school students who are taking the exam now and in the future will be able to proceed to the desired course.
