Pairing: Dean x Reader

Another city, another person to save from a supernatural creature.  You, Dean, and Sam were in Montana hunting a shapeshifter who was killing humans, along with the person they were using as a meat suit.  

Dean and Sam helped the woman to her feet after you cut her free from the pole she had been tied to.  Once she was on her feet, she clung to Dean as if she couldn’t stand.  “Oh my god, thank you so much,” she breathed, resting her head against Dean’s chest.

You couldn’t help but cringe at the woman.  “Dean are you sure that thing was alone,” you asked, glancing over at him.  You locked eyes with the woman for a brief few seconds.  “I know there’s not another body down here, but still.”  You joined Sam who was looking at the different piles of flesh.  You had to make sure that the body count was the same from the coroner’s report.

“Nothing else ever came down here,” the woman answered before Dean could say a single word.  She glanced up at Dean, bringing her hand up to his chest.  “You must be Dean.  Nice to meet you, I’m Alice.”

“Well Alice, you’re safe now,” Dean reassured her, forcing a smile.  “Looks like they kept you unscathed, but why?”

Alice shrugged, putting on a pouty face.  “If there is another one, you’ll keep me safe right,” she asked.  “You’re so strong.  I feel safe in your big, strong arms.”  She nuzzled her head against Dean’s chest, letting out a satisfied hum.

Sam looked at you the moment you snapped your head up in attention.  The younger Winchester grabbed your arm before you could stand up and approach the woman.  “She doesn’t know,” Sam stated in a hushed voice.  “I know it’s hard, but Dean will say something.”

“For once, I’d like people to be grateful,” you muttered.  “Instead they put their hands all over my boyfriend.”  You let out a small breath.  “If Dean doesn’t say something, she’s going to end up in this pile of flesh.”

Alice was all over Dean, and frankly he was uncomfortable.  Every time he tried to pull away, she would just get closer.  “I don’t wanna be rude, but I’m with someone already,” Dean asserted as he removed one of her arms, only for her to tighten the grip of her other hand.  “See that girl over there?  Her name is [Y/N], and she’s my girlfriend.  No offense, but you’re not my type girly.”

“That girl over there is your girlfriend,” Alice scoffed, letting out a small giggle.  “No offense, but you could do so much better.  She doesn’t even dress like a girl.  I almost thought she was a guy at first.”

Sam hooked his arm around your midsection and held you tightly as you tried to wriggle free.  “Sam let me go,” you grumbled as you tried to force yourself free.

“Not a chance [Y/N],” Sam replied.

Alice laughed, smirking at you.  “Look at you struggle,” she teased.  “How pathetic.  Dean needs a real woman anyway.  Not some girl in boots who, by the looks of it, can’t satisfy someone like Dean anyway.”

You managed to break free of Sam’s grasp, but you couldn’t get far without Sam grabbing you again.  “Sam let me go,” you seethed.  “I know how to make it look like an accident.”

“You’ll just have to watch [Y/N].”  Alice had a smug grin on her face as she pushed Dean against one of the metal beams.

Dean held her shoulders, creating distance between himself and Alice.  “You’re nuts,” Dean murmured.  “I love [Y/N].  I would never do anything to hurt her.”

“You know you want it,” she said in a sultry voice.  “You want a real woman who can do things you can’t imagine.”

That’s when Sam decided to let you go, and you ran full force at Alice.  You grabbed a fist full of her hair, pulling her away from Dean.  You let go of her hair, kicking her backwards.  Alice landed on her back, letting out a small groan.

“Of all the people we’ve saved, you’re by far the worst,” you spat at the woman.  You put your foot on her chest, making sure that you weren’t applying any pressure.  “When he says he has a girlfriend, it means get your hands off of him.”

Alice tried to pry your boot from her chest, but the more she tried, the harder you would make it for her.  “Fine,” she eventually shouted in defeat.  “If Dean wants a freak like you, he can waste his time on you.  His brother is cuter anyway.”

“Maybe you should just stick to eHarmony,” you remarked sarcastically.  “Next time you run into a shapeshifter, you won’t have me to save your ass.  If there is another one of them out there, you’re as good as puppy chow, sweetheart.”  You lifted your foot from her chest and turned around to walk away.

“[Y/N] is such a bad ass,” Dean breathed, an amused grin spreading across his face.  

Sam rolled his eyes.  “I’ll be waiting in the car.  If there’s any kissing going on, I don’t want to see it,” Sam spoke lowly.  

Dean smiled proudly at you as you came up to him.  “That was awesome,” Dean praised, his hands grabbing your arms.  “Thanks for pulling her off of me.  I’m sorry that she was like that.”

“It’s not your fault that you’re so handsome Dean,” you reasoned, giving a small shrug.  “I blame the Winchester genes.  Although, I do feel a little better.  I don’t always get to hurt the women who want to grope every inch of your body.”

Dean slid his arm around your waist as he walked with you out of the building.  As much as he loved watching you kick someone’s ass, he also wanted you to feel like you could never be replaced.  He would do just that after the three of you returned to the bunker.  Sam would just have to suffice with going to a movie… or two.
