“Where’s Lucille? I came to check on Lucille.”

Negan could feel his blood boiling. He wanted him gone.
“I could tell I’ve done a better job at being her man than you have.” Daryl muttered making Negans eyes bulge out. He grabbed his bat ready to charge his way and swing when you suddenly screamed.
“Negan!” You yelled in horror making him stop in his tracks. The bat still mid air as he stared down at Daryl in fury.
“You get the fuck out of here. Now.”
Daryl narrowed his eyes back at him not saying a word before he looked over at you and quietly left knowing he couldn’t do anything else.

You watched as Negan put the bat down, his back still to you. You shook your head in disappointment quietly.
“That’s how you kill people? Just like that?” You suddenly whispered making him turn back to you.
“Lucille-”
“No. That’s how it happens right? Someone says something you don’t like and that’s it?” You shook your head stepping back from him.
“You would’ve killed him if I wasn’t here.” You whispered with sadness in your eyes. It hurt you to see that this was truly the way your husband was. You turned quickly leaving the room before he could even respond.
“Lucille!” He yelled dropping the bat as he ran after you. You opened the door heading down towards the basement. All you wanted was to be alone for a bit.
“Just let me be, Negan!”
“Lucille!” He yelled behind you stubbornly when you suddenly skipped a step, screamed and tumbled down the long flight of stairs.
